Pros and cons of MTG Guide app for iPhone and iPad

MTG Guide app good for

As a Level 2 judge, Ive to say that this ap is basicly pefect. Quick update. Nice !
Good work! Up to date, reliable! And thoroughly thought through!
I really like to be able to search for Card Numbers, while judging on a asian GP.
I always play with my iPod at my side now - for the TCG Deck Builder, but primarily for this app. Very, very helpful for clarifying ambiguities in card or rules text. Its helped resolve a lot of discussions about what certain cards are supposed to do in unique situations. Best of all, the entire rules database is at your fingertips, with or without an internet connection. An invaluable resource for serious Magic players!
great app. very resourceful especially when Im playing and I want to check a ruling. great for making decks with "Decked."
The rules are very organized and easy to navigate, with all procedures for illegal plays, it has full info on every card with additional notes and common questions, its kept up to date... I use it a lot. Recommended.

Some bad moments

Does not display pictures or prices... Dont waste your time or MONEY
Its totally useless to me if I cant update because iPad 1 doesnt support ios 5+.
Holding feature holding this app back is the lack of advanced card search.
I use this app quite frequently. Highly recommend if you want a clear, thorough app that is frequently updated. Important part of my MtG experience.
(L2) Ive been using this app for as long as I can remember, and its the first thing I recommend to players and newly certified judges who find themselves needing a reference tool. Having this at hand makes it a breeze to give players Oracle text of cards at events, and to quickly look up policy and CR information to explain a rule or ruling to someone.
All the tools are here a judge could need. IPG, MTR and comp rules. Plus gatherer and a great deck counting tool. My only suggestion would be the ability bookmark certain sections of the rules guides. Then it gets 5 starts.
